Mohanlal to turn Khadi ambassador

Superstar Mohanlal will take up the promotions of handloom and Khadi products of the state by becoming the official Goodwill ambassador of the products. The official announcement regarding this will be made on the third of next month at the cultural evening organised at the Chandra Shekahran Nair stadium in the capital city.

A meeting was called yesterday to discuss about this function in which Lal will be officially made the Goodwill ambassador. And as per the planning made, the function will also have the presence of many cultural figures of contemporary Kerala and the members of various Handloom Sanghams from all across Kerala. The function will be followed by entertaining events by film stars and playback singers.
